A person of strong credit profile, preferably living in own house, will add immense value as a guarantor. Guarantor has to provide his PAN Card and sign on the loan agreement.
The borrower needs to sign NACH form mandating CTL to auto deduct EMIs from his bank account as per process prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India. Every month EMI amount will be deducted automatically from borrower’s account by 10th of that month.
